Confidentiality: All information shared during online counseling sessions is strictly confidential unless there is a legal requirement to disclose information or if there is a risk of harm to self or others.

Technical Requirements: Clients are responsible for ensuring they have access to a stable internet connection and a suitable device for video conferencing.

Session Duration: Counseling sessions are limited to 60 minutes per session, unless agreed upon by the counselor and client with additional charges.

Cancellation Policy: Clients are required to provide advance notice if they need to cancel or reschedule a session. Late cancellations may incur a fee.

Emergency Procedures: In the event of an emergency during a session, clients should contact emergency services or crisis hotline such as Talian Kasih at 15999. Online counselors may provide guidance on accessing emergency services as needed.

Boundaries and Professionalism: Clients are expected to maintain respectful and professional behavior during counseling sessions. Harassment, intimidation, or any form of inappropriate conduct will not be tolerated.

Informed Consent: Clients are required to provide informed consent before participating in online counseling sessions. This includes understanding the limitations and risks associated with online communication.

Payment and Fees: Clients are responsible for paying session fees to book an appointment.

Termination of Services: Either party has the right to terminate counseling services at any time. Counselors may terminate services if they believe they are unable to effectively meet the client’s needs or if the client breaches the terms of the counseling agreement.
